
Shipping Information
Delivery within the Kingdom of Bahrain
Orders with a value of BHD 20 or above are eligible for complimentary delivery across Bahrain. Upon receipt of your order and confirmation via email, processing will be completed within one working day, after which the order will be dispatched for delivery.
International Delivery Information
International orders are shipped by Express Mail. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, service, size, and weight of the items.
Delivery usually takes 4–6 working days depending on the location.
Any customs fees, VAT, taxes, or additional charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid according to the destination country’s rules. We do not collect these charges in advance.
Rescheduling your delivery
If a courier has attempted to deliver to you but you were unavailable, they will leave a card providing details of when they will redeliver your parcel or if you can collect it from their sorting office. If no details have been left you can contact the courier directly using a tracking number that we shall provide you on request.
Missing items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then please contact our Customer Care team customercare@horsepride.com and we will email you with steps to be taken for return and despatch the correct item for you according to your initial order.
Undelivered items
Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, Horse Pride will inform this by e-mail and agree alternatives.
Lost Parcels
If you have not received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers, which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel. Once we can confirm this, we will agree further action with the customer.
